I have to do an inovative project in music. I wanted to put on a talent quest but i have to have it all mapped out and planned before i take it back to school. we have sufficient talent but how do you get people motivated to make a decent performance? How do i organise such a big thing?Who should i talk to in my school? what main things should i consider?I want to organise a school talent quest and wanted to know if anyone had any advice?
maybe have like a prize for the winner to get them motivated. ummm talk w/ your school principla, maybe the teacher who assigned you the inovative music proj., ummm maybe ask a few ppl to help you.
