just make sure you have finished all your schooling and have all the fun you can before you decide to have any children because these things could be delayed for a whileLife Advice before wanting to have a baby?
Me and my husband really wish we would have traveled. We always wanted to go to Ireland, Germany, and Australia. Well, that wont happen now!!! Now its off to Disneyworld!!! Yea, but I really wish we would have seen evrything we wanted to first, my son is the best thing that ever happend to me, but before you have children, make sure you do everything you've always wanted to do first.
are you in a good relationship? do you have good income? do you have a good support system? do you have a good reason to have the child other than gee a baby would complete me or i feel i really want one? having a baby is not about you it's about the child make a mature real decision
Travel
discuss with ur partner how many u will eventually have. that will save u a lot of grief later on. i know that from experience.
also discuss circumcision, ear piercing. if a boy and u want to circumcise do it before u leave hospital. ear piercing within the first three months
seems trivial i assure u its the trivia that becomes a mountain when ur arguing and the baby is already born!
Honestly, I think if you are asking this question you probably aren't ready. The decision to be a parent is one that should be entered into whole-heartedly leaving no room for regrets. Motherhood is not an easy job and there is no downtime...but it is the most rewarding thing you will ever do.
When you are ready you will know in your heart and you will have no doubts. Good luck!
I would travel.
I wished I had gone to Europe before having my children, after that there was not enough money. However, there is always going to be something I 'should' have done. Nothing, absolutely nothing, is as good as the fantastic experience of having and bringing up children. Get into it anyway, and start experiencing what life is really all about. Don't put it off until you've done everything, or bought everything, or have the perfect house.
Finished college.
