I have a job interview in a couple of hours, any last minute advice?

It's to be a waitress at pizza hut, ive worked in restaurants for 5 years so i know the role, but only ever had one interview! Any advice for me?I have a job interview in a couple of hours, any last minute advice?

Be relaxed and confident. Don't be over confident and cocky - just go in there confident that you could do the job well. The most important thing in a customer service job is the customer, so you may want to have a couple of good examples ready for times when you saw a customer who needed help that wasn't your customer but you helped them anyways. Employers want people who aren't all about the money, although being a little bit about the money is ok.
Say that you like working in a team, that you are customer focused and that you enjoy being a waitress. Make sure you smile (most people make their judgement about you within the first 15 seconds of meeting you) and wear smart clothes. Also give eye contact and act interested about working for pizza hut. Tell them you like the fact that pizza hut caters for everyone (ie family's, couples, young people) and they serve delicious food at good prices. If you big up pizza hut it'll most definitely work in your favour. Don't look bored and if they ask if you have any questions try and think of one (they usually ask this at the end) They will also ask if you have ever had any difficult customers and how you have dealt with that so have a good think about a situation that has happened and let them know there was a positive outcome because you made sure they were compensated for whatever happened and left as happy customers!
