And I'm not talking about the constructive type. I mean the know-it-all kind.
I'd cite Jesus: He without sin may cast the first stone. What is one piece of advice you would give out to a critic?
I think that you answered your own question with the quote from Jesus, ';Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.'; And, what people seem to forget about that quote is that Jesus also bent down and start drawing in the dirt. Many Biblical scholars think he was writing down the sins of the woman's accusers, just to remind them of their hypocrisy should they decide to toss a stone in the direction of the ';sinful'; woman!
Easy to say but very difficult to practice in real life. It's a constant struggle not to judge one another!
And, if your critic still doesn't ';get it,'; then stay far, far away from him or her! It's probably the best thing to do anyway. What is one piece of advice you would give out to a critic?
you can't be right all the time, and when you're wrong, the whole world will laugh in your face.
