I read so slow, a 2 hour sitting usually gets me like a 100 pages. Are there any books or tapes or software or methods that worked for you?Anyone have advice on where to learn to read faster?
Yes, I learned with a software and it works very well for me. I learned the software from another question here:

there are speed reading classes and such but you're already at a fine level. depends on what you're reading, and if fast reading is a good idea.. a novel requires a lot of attention to the symbolic detail while non-fiction is just trying to get the ideas down and skim the stats and such.
The more difficult the material you read, the faster everything else will go
Yes, my Dad had taken a speed reading course and he also had books on speed reading. I was a naturally fast reader and did not pursue these methods but I have heard of them. There are speed reading courses you can enroll in, tapes to listen to, and other methods too. I would try to google it to get more into. Good Luck.
If you have to squint every so often, get some glasses. You can see better with them. If you have good memory, read it a little faster each chapter, and then you'll get the hang of it.
you just have to practice. the more you read the faster you'll be able to read
