Four months ago, I ran one mile in 7 minutes 53 seconds. I am twelve years old. I will be running mostly on grass, and a little bit on hard surfaces. I will be running with others.It is one day before I have to run one mile for a fitness test. I want to run it in under 7 min 15sec. Advice?
normally i would say take a long bike ride but since the test is tomorrow you dont want to tire your legs, so just ride a shorter ride. something like 3 miles with minimal hills.It is one day before I have to run one mile for a fitness test. I want to run it in under 7 min 15sec. Advice?
