Can you get arrested for giving medical advice on this site without having any training or license?

People are always asking complete strangers about their medical problems or to diagnose problems they're having with their bodies, medications, etc. Can't you get arrested for practicing medicine without a license? Comments? Can you get arrested for giving medical advice on this site without having any training or license?
You can only give medical advise if you have stayed at a Holiday InnCan you get arrested for giving medical advice on this site without having any training or license?
Whose jurisdiction would that even fall under?

No, I don't think you could get arrested for it, especially since the participant was actively seeking advice. Even if you were arrested, any lawyer with two brain cells to rub together could bust you out in no time.
No way. If you want a professional, call a doctor or go see a pharmacist. If you want real-life experiences, ask here!
People ask questions on here hoping to find someone that has been through what they are now experiencing. As you state in your question.. Answerer's are giving advice.. The questioner has the choice to except it or ignore it. This is YAHOO ANSWERS.. not ASK A DOCTOR. lol
nope not at all...
People do it in the office all day long, with groups of friends. THis is no different.
No one on Yahoo is practicing medicine. We are simply offering advice.
no..this is a public forum place. if you are stupid enough to just follow advice blindly, then you ought to hurt. every answers here should be considered as a second opinion and you should really do more research and get real professional's help before taking the next step (especially concerning health matters).
no- if someone chooses to take advice from a non professional, and something happens, there is no liability invloved.
nope, just advice not a diagnosis
No you can bet Yahoo got there *** covered.
